Job Description We are seeking an Administrator, Logistics to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing logistics administrative duties, stock transfer orders, and customs declarations. Additionally, the role requires coordination of ad-hoc roadshow deliveries with various stakeholders, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and sales analysis to meet business targets. Responsibilities Handle import and export shipping documents and customs declarations via Tradelink system. Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, 3 PL warehouses, and internal departments for inbound container unloading. Manage goods receiving, stock transfer, stock devaluation, and stock scrapping in SAP. Prepare monthly stock reports and shipment KPI reports for management. Monitor 3 PL performance to ensure service standards are met. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).1-2 years of shipping/logistics experience, preferably in retail FMCG sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with Tradelink and SAP is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure.
