Responsible for providing a full spectrum of HR outsourcing services to clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, handling visa applications, and other HR and payroll related services. Implementation of HR system, maintaining staff records, and updating data on the system. Clerical support such as quotation & billing issuance. Carry out ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements: Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline.1 year relevant experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong. Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel – Vlookup, pivot table, Power Point, Chinese word processing). Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin. Immediately available is definitely an advantage.
