About the Role The incumbent will take a lead role in the overall management of agency digital platforms to achieve the assigned business goals below by deepening agent engagement and improving agent experience along the entire agent journey via digital innovation, data and technology adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities: Review internal manual processes along the agency value chain and identify gaps to improve efficiency through automation and/or transformation through digitalization.

Closely engagement with GABDD colleagues to understand their existing difficulties and be the digital SME to support and/or initiatie changes through digital projects or process re-engineering and simplification to enhance their daily performance.

Continuous development & knowledge build-up of the team for the application of new digital technology.

Support innovative technology innovation and embrace state-of-the-art AI technology to deliver seamless agent digital experience to drive efficiency and deepen agency engagement Collaborate with various business units for capturing user requirement & User Acceptance Test to develop/revamp digital platforms and solutions by capitalising on technology to enhance agent engagement Be responsible for the digital adoption committee program including but not limited to training / promotion / incentive campaign to drive TDA adoption and agency engagement Coordinate program progress/status and alert management on key issues related to agency and facilitate development/ execution of mitigation plan.

Ensure compliance to all security controls and integrity of the company, including but not limited to Technology and operational risk managements and regulatory requirements Source, scale and drive implementation of new technology and digital capabilities to AIA HK through partnership with insurance technology partners Master agent behaviour & monitor movements of key agent's segments thru big data, providing business insights and recommendation that are relevant in relation to agent strategy and behaviours Enable the dialogue about the value and meaning of the analytic insights, and making it easy for business partners and senior management to apply data-driving decisions across the business Develop the downline staff through on the job training & coaching to increase the productivity (report generation / Powerpoint Presentation / management report / apps usage stats etc.) to be more all rounded (if applicable) Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements (if applicable) Minimum Job Requirements: University / College Graduate with minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in the insurance industry and of which 2 years at managerial capacity; Strong project management skills and self-motivated Able to interact and build positive relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds; Proven successful experience in managing sophisticated digtal transformation team for driving digital innovation projects and a strong understanding of different digital systems and tools plus technical and business know-how; Experience in driving process re-engineering and/or process improvements; Expertly trained in Lean Six Sigma is added advantage; Demonstrated depth of UX experience and creativity is helpful; Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese We offer comprehensive employee benefits, e.g.
