Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the management of all aspects of the bar functions in accordance with hotel standards Brainstorm new concepts and special promotions Provide leadership and direction in the execution and measurement of guest satisfaction to ensure continued growth and profitability Prepare, recommend and manage the department annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and objectives Monitor and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, provide supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching, ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision Requirements Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacity Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Strong sense in business acumen and beverage market trends High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
