Assistant CRM Manager (Data Analysis focus) Data Expert in providing business insight Fast paced & dynamic environment Job Duties Collect, gather and analyze the data from the customer database Conduct regular review on the KPIs of customers’ acquisition & retention Prepare dashboard and reports to visualize the data and findings Provide insight & recommendation on business solution to drive & enhance the desired customer behavior Participate in ad hoc CRM related project as per requested Requirements Degree holder majored in Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines With at least 6 years of CRM data analysis working experiences gained from multinational/ sizable firms Detail-minded, digital savvy & result-driven With Strong analytical & numerical skills Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese Promising / International Career Prospects Job Duties Reporting to Head of Digital Marketing Help strategize and execute innovative marketing programs and consumer journeys to maximize customers’ experiences with the brand Explore new tools to strengthen the effectiveness of the program Lead, develop, and implement e-commerce strategies and operation in a fast-paced international environment Manage the end-to-end e-commerce business process, from enhancing user experience, omni-channel projects and campaigns, digital marketing activation, to performance analytics, etc. Be the e-commerce domain expert in the organization, partner closely with internal and external parties from HQ, brand marketing, technology, agencies, etc. Support the Brand Manager to drive growth and opportunities, as well as brand synergy in the assigned portfolio of brands Partner with agency on consumer research and activation campaigns Analyze market trends, collaborate with sales and trade marketing team on POS visibility and channel strategies, and work closely with supply chain on demand forecast and inventory management A key position to collaborate closely with Communications and Advertising Manager to strategize, design, and implement all brand events programs in town Propose innovative concepts and plans that are unique, in line with the brand’s image, and impactful to the market Manage the approval and budget, work with legal and procurement, draw up detailed plans with vendors on all matters including catering, production, security, compliance, etc. Report to the Head of Corporate Affairs and accountable for planning and implementing internal communications strategy and engagement plan Partner closely with business leaders, human resources department, regional and global counterparts to ensure strategic and brand alignment and compliance Plan and organize regular and ad-hoc events to promote two-way communications and knowledge sharing
