Job Responsibilities: Lead the store managers to achieve assigned key performance indicators such as service quality, sales performance, conversion rate, cost control Identify improvement areas of store and propose/execute action plan for improvement Keep track of market trends & forthcoming customer initiatives Pay an active role in motivating, training and developing a team of retail staff to achieve KPICommunicate and work closely with internal departments regarding sales activities, product trainings, marketing and promotional activities Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management Job Requirements: Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Retail Management or related disciplines8 years' supervisory experience in chain store operations with at least 3 years in managing a cluster of stores in Retail industry Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performing team to achieve business targets Strong commercial sense, excellent organizational, leadership and problem solving skills Able to work on tight deadlines Detailed-minded, mature, well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive and demanding environment Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese Familiar with MS Office especially on Excel and Power Point We offer an attractive package commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
