Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong Job Description Partner with line managers to develop, review and implement training programmes for frontline staff in terms of service skills, working procedures and guidelines, service promotions and systems requirements. Identify the training needs, design, and deliver in-house training programs for frontline & backend staff to support the business objectives. Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate the continuous improvement of training and development programs. Enhance customer satisfaction rate through conducting in-depth reengineer operation analysis. Conduct procedural and legacy system training to team members and users of various lines of business. Collect feedback, analyse productivity and other related data to measure training and coaching effectiveness. Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above. At least 5-8 years’ relevant working experience (with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity). Professional experience in design and delivery of Learning & Development programs. Ability to deep dive into processes and assess Training and Development needs. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Passionate, out-going, well-organized and proactive person. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
