We represent the HK Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park to invite applications for the position of Associate Director Client Development whose primary role is to build a dedicated and ambitious business development team to attract and cultivate global clients for the Park. Responsibilities: A leadership role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on client engagement competence Lead, mentor and manage a team of high-performance client development professionals to build and maintain a strong international tenant base for the Park Develop and execute territory and promotion strategies to acquire new tenants from local, mainland and overseas, through both direct engagement and channels Lobby and facilitate communication among key decision-makers in tenant organizations to drive actions and close deals Analyse market trends and competitor behaviours to identify growth opportunities Requirements: Bachelor’s or above degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is preferred Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong sales-driven mindset and expertise in consultative selling techniques Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Media
