Call Centre Officer

Job Description:
To refer services requests to relevant units for follow-up action
To answer enquires from different departments
To assist in keeping the system information and process procedure up-to-dated
Shift duty is required
No selling is required

Requirements:
Have Chinese typing speed of at least 20 wpm and English typing speed of at least 20 wpm
At least 1 to 2 years working experience, prefer in call centres/in the field of customer service
Less experience would be considered as Assistant Call Centre Officer
