What You Will Do
Engage with Japanese vertical customers and sell in HK & SEA area.
Coordinate pre-sales technical support and delivery.
Build up key account pipeline, secure order quotas, and achieve sales revenue targets.
Promote chiller sales through technical promotion and dealer training.
Develop new channels and key accounts.
How You Will Do It
Drive the development of key account pipelines, secure orders, and increase sales in HK & SEA.
Promote chiller products and provide technical support.
Develop new channels and expand key accounts.
Analyze market data to increase market share in the territory.
Collaborate with sales teams across countries (Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc.) to coordinate orders, sales, and shipments.
Maintain relationships with major Japanese company customers, leveraging relevant experience and resources.
Establish and maintain channels in various countries.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
Preferably 8 years of sales experience.
Market insight and key account development skills.
Knowledge of chiller products and HVAC industry; experience with marketing, sales, and Japanese companies.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience through engineering channels.
Self-motivated, hardworking, positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
