Whale TV's monetization technology team builds the technology infrastructure and ad-serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries every year. The result is a better performing platform for our advertising clients and more relevant ads for customers. In this role, you will draw upon your understanding of digital advertising, big data infrastructure, technical product and business expertise to define and rapidly execute on cross-functional products, in partnership with business and program leaders across Whale TV. You will bring great customer focus, the ability to rapidly prioritize and get things done, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Your responsibilities will include: Ad & Data Product Insights and Strategy Identify new business opportunities and work customer backwards to define new products and initiatives that will work at scale. Own key metrics and drive continuous improvement by working closely with engineering and other stakeholders Stakeholder management – interface with and influence your stakeholders, balancing business needs vs. technical constraints and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. Industry trends - stay on top of trends in the advertising identity industry and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver programs to keep Whale TV in the forefront of the online ads industry. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSHands-on experience with DSPs, CDPs or other audience segmentation and management solutions Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technology and the data flows8+ years of technical product management experience Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement Have Hong Kong identity.
