About the Role To develop and execute sales promotion, contest, events, build relationships with agents/intermediaries to meet and exceed sales targets Roles and Responsibilities: Run the promotion launch plan of new products, agency campaigns, district contest, event management, agency communications, management of agency Clubs and Awards Provide initiatives of agency communication to increase the awareness of agency and improve productivities.

Compile sales analysis report to facilitate business review of marketing campaigns and improve sales production and user experience Serve and maintain good relationship with agency channel with the aim to drive them to achieve target Develop and review marketing materials (member briefing, health seminar, sales presentation, newsletter, etc.) and joint call with agency channel to conduct presentation to clients Handle enquiries and administration of agency channel Assist Team Head on ad hoc assignments/projects Minimum Job Requirements: University / college graduate with 6-8 years' relevant working experiences Sales Promotion/ Agency Promotion related experience is preferred.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills Enjoy working with people of diverse background Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese typing Others: You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
