Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of online shop content, including updating product listings and images
Schedule and execute promotional events on the E-commerce platform
Manage daily E‑commerce operations (e.g., Shopify, multiple marketplace accounts), including product listing, inventory & shelf‑life management, and coordination with warehouse & logistics
Create and prepare promotional materials such as graphics, product descriptions, EDMs and social‑media content
Handle E‑commerce customer inquiries, complaints and returns to ensure satisfaction
Manage website optimization, including contextual review, translation and platform functionality
Provide regular monthly and weekly performance reports
Optimize online channel to drive ROI of the online shop, including SEM and SEO
Monitor trends by analysing sales data, market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviours to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Experience / Qualification Requirements
Degree holder in Business or related discipline
Proven experience (2‑3 years) in e‑commerce operations, website coordination or a similar role
Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong plus
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus
Competent in Microsoft Office skills, e.g., Excel
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple international stakeholders
Ability to perform multi‑tasks and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, self‑motivated, organised, detail‑oriented team player with strong project management skills
Strong PC skills across the MS Office suite
