Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to join a listed company in HK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce marketing and ideally IT support knowledge, enabling them to effectively manage online sales strategies while ensuring seamless technical operations and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. Manage and optimize online store performance on platforms such as Shopify or Woo Commerce. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze web analytics and marketing metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and data integrity. Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address feedback. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies. Familiarity with basic IT support and website maintenance.
