Job Responsibilities: Formulate and implement the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring that recruitment activities are consistent with the company's strategy. Design, optimize and manage recruitment processes to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment activities. Ensure the diversity of recruitment channels, including recruitment websites, social media, campus recruitment, etc., to attract talents at different levels and fields. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment resources to enhance the company's reputation in the market. Organize and analyze recruitment data and develop recruitment reports. Assist in interview communication and follow-up process, and assist in developing and implementing candidate assessment plans. Ensure a good onboarding experience for new employees and assist the company in cultivating and retaining outstanding talents. Qualifications: Fluent in Chinese and English - listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources-related majors preferred. At least 3 years of recruitment experience or headhunting experience, with a background in a well-known company preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, able to cope with complex recruitment challenges. Those with a headhunting background are preferred, and those with recruitment resources or channels in the Philippines/Thailand/Macau are preferred. What We Offer: Salary: 5000 - 7000 USD/month + 8% annual salary of the recruited candidates as a commission.
