Provide HR advisory services to support the business managers throughout the overall people strategy, including but not limited manpower planning, talent management, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, employee relations etc. Work with people managers to identify the manpower needs and develop the right people strategy. Actively monitor and achieve the cost and headcount target. Provide coaching to people managers on performance management, staffing issue, employee grievance and compensation conversation and etc. Participate in various HR projects such as C&B survey, incentive and bonus scheme, annual salary review exercise and promotion. Support and provides insights in shaping the HR policies and procedures development. Participate in other HR ad-hoc projects. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline, with minimum 5 years’ HR Business Partner experience preferably from the Banking industry. Able to handle multi-tasks, adopt to a complex and regulated business environment, and to build relationship and influence business stakeholders. Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management. A flexible and agile approach to work, with an ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak fluent Mandarin.
