About The Role
As an IT Support Officer at One Start Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our diverse client base. In this full-time role based in Lai Chi Kok, you will be a key member of our IT team, ensuring that technology needs of our teams and clients are met efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing

Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with onboarding new users by setting up hardware and software, creating user profiles, configuring phones, and providing initial training sessions
Manage the offboarding process for users by retrieving hardware, disabling accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition
Provide end-user support and training on the use of various software and systems
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with vendors to implement system improvements and enhancements to the systems and website

What We're Looking For

Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working knowledge of various operating systems, software applications, and networking technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability is highly preferred
