Job Description Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction at K11 MUSEA. Ensure a seamless experience for international brand tenants and customers through one-click point registration and redemption push. Support daily mall operations, including promotions, exhibitions, Klub 11 membership program, and cross-selling among tenants. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Preferably with 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail, or property management industry. Experience in Hotel Front Office operations is an advantage. Form 5 education or above, with a certificate in Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related discipline is preferable. Energetic, pleasant, and service-oriented. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
