What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives, breaking down targets into actionable steps to ensure effective implementation and target achievement.
Drive market expansion initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau, coordinate cross-functional team resources, and provide end-to-end support for business units from pre-sales to post-sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and long-term channel partnerships.
Conduct regular onsite visits to customers, monitor distributor performance, and deliver product training, policy updates, and marketing support.
Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders from enterprise and government sectors to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets.
Collect frontline market intelligence to support marketing and consulting teams, while continuously analyzing competition and industry trends.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks in Hong Kong and Macau.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technology-related sales and market operations within Hong Kong and Macau.
Proven track record and established network serving government (G) and enterprise (B) clients in the region.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Macau's business practices, culture, and regulatory frameworks.
Prior experience in AI solutions, audiovisual technology (AV), or IT software integration is highly preferred.
Willingness to undertake moderate business travel as required.
Fluent Cantonese is mandatory, with strong proficiency in English and Mandarin.
