Our client, a well-established International Law Firm with tier 1 Corporate practice in the region is looking for a Legal Manager/ Legal Assistant to collaborate with their high-performing DCM team in Hong Kong.

You will be actively involved on a range of Debt Capital Markets transactions; reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting searches, due diligence, handling communications and ensuring compliance on related matters.

To will have: Native Mandarin 3+ years of experience in DCM and/or ECM, IPO transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm environment (International or Local) Bachelor's degree from a recognised law school Preference for candidates with US or PRC qualification/ passed PRC Bar exam Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for associate track and the opportunity for future promotion The position comes with an enticing salary package, inclusive medical benefits, and a fantastic working environment with growth opportunities.
