Description

Position: Market Operations Manager Monthly Salary: HKD 30,000 Job Responsibilities: Develop a multi-channel online operation strategy that integrates traffic acquisition, conversion, repurchase, and unlocking of long-term user value to build a sustainable growth loop.
Be responsible for the operation of mainstream e-commerce platforms.
Enhance Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) through live streaming, short videos, influencer collaborations, and other methods, while optimizing traffic conversion efficiency.
Analyze sales data and user behavior to optimize product selection, pricing, and advertising placement, aiming to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with product and design teams to advance new product incubation and iteration, ensuring strong alignment between operation strategies, product planning, and user experience.
Plan annual brand promotion strategies, create trending campaigns by leveraging hot topics and user insights to strengthen brand recognition and user loyalty.
Oversee content planning and dissemination on social media platforms, expanding brand influence through Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations and topic marketing.
Establish a membership system and user interaction mechanisms, enhancing User Lifetime Value (LTV) through community operations and content accumulation.
Monitor competitor strategies and changes in user needs, swiftly adjust operational directions, and explore innovative approaches to maintain market competitiveness.
Qualifications: Education: A college degree or above.
A major in marketing, e-commerce, or computer science is preferred.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in telecommunications/internet/e-commerce operations.
Prior experience in managing mainstream e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform algorithms and traffic monetization, with practical experience in multi-channel operations.
Excel at brand promotion strategies and can enhance brand influence through content innovation.
Be data-driven, capable of optimizing strategies based on analysis to achieve both ROI and growth objectives.
Demonstrate cross-departmental collaboration, project management skills, and business acumen.
