Job Mission The Marketing and Digital Media Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating Bulgari's brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and expanding our market reach through strategic marketing initiatives and innovative digital strategies.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and a passion for luxury brand building.
They will be responsible for managing event planning and execution, cultivating strong relationships with landlords and third-party partners for collaborative opportunities, and managing Bulgari's digital advertising.
This role requires seamless collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and third-party partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities: Marketing Strategies : To manage marketing plan and activations for DOS, Travel Retail and support Wholesale partners Third Parties Collaborations : Identify third parties for database mining with the objective of recruiting different spending threshold of clients, from regular business to high jewelry.
Event Management : Design and execute events to enhance brand visibility, increase store traffic, recruit new clients and enhance consumer engagement.
Digital & Social Media Advertising : Manage digital and social media advertising campaigns with agency partners, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Implement creative and data-driven SEO and SEM strategies to improve search ranking Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Cross Department Collaborations : Collaborate with the Retail and CRM team to support key client management and to align marketing strategies with sales growth.
Budget Management : Manage marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI analysis for all activities.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
Excellent command of written English and Chinese.
Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years in a management role, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or jewellery sector.
Strong understanding of retail environments and promotional strategies.
Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM or trade marketing tools is an advantage.
Creative thinker with a passion for the jewelry industry and a keen eye for detail.
