No.: 3/18 MCM-EDB/HKTDC)The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department. Responsibilities: To promote trade and public fairs in physical and/or hybrid mode to local and overseas visitors. To meet the team’s KPIs through launching effective marketing campaigns in different channels according to set timelines. To initiate new and more cost-effective marketing ideas for responsible fairs. Also to ensure the project budget will be spent effectively and generate the best results. To engage new channels and partners for promoting HKTDC Exhibitions, and keep close relationship with existing partners, with the objective to drive more quality publicity. To ensure accurate, efficient and effective write-ups for promotional materials such as advertorials, e DMs, fair websites, etc. To work closely with colleagues within and across departments to develop proper marketing messages, brand identities and effective marketing campaigns for fairs assigned. To demonstrate leadership skills and teamwork, to collaborate with various internal teams to formulate effective communication strategies and content. To take up tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: A university degree in communication, marketing or relevant discipline. A minimum of five years' working experience in advertising, media or marketing field. Must be familiar with graphics and production techniques. Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. A team player, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines. Tentative employment period: January - June 2025 Remuneration and Benefits: The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs.
