Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, this role involves managing various PR & marketing activities, campaigns and related initiatives in HK and Macau to enhance the brand image and visibility. The ideal candidate will be a creative, flexible and detail-oriented individual with excellent writing & communication skills, and solid experience in event planning and management. What You Will Own Public Relations Assist in executing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and visibility. Prepare proposals and organize stock loans with various internal departments for press shootings & celebrities’ dressings. Draft and translate press and marketing materials, pitch to media outlets to secure quality coverage, and support the creation of media kits and other PR materials. Create and develop engaging contents for different promotional platforms, including media, landlords, business partners, etc. Update and maintain media list and profiles, and handle media enquiries. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners. Prepare monthly clipping reports, post- event and campaign reports including presentation decks for meeting. Monitor and analyze media coverage and campaign performance and consolidate findings and insights for management. Event Management Assist in developing ideas and support the planning and execution of media, CRM and VIP events, including product launches, in-store and POS events/ activations, partnered events, private dinner, etc. Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams; and handle all logistics and on-site operations, including venue sourcing, catering, models, giftings, promotional materials, security, entertainment, transportation and delivery, set up & dismantle, etc to ensure all events are well executed. Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions. Explore promotional opportunities and ideas with various partners and venues to enrich event programs & promotion to maximize attendance, engagement and brand awareness. Collect feedback and provide post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements. General Communicate with other functions and departments within the brand and the group to align the strategies for PR and event activities. Regular monitor market trends, and competitor activities. Provide administrative and logistical support to the team, including magazine clippings & filing, inventory and event materials management, invoicing, and other tasks. Who Will Thrive Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury and retail industry. Solid experience in event planning and management. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in both Chinese & English Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage vendors, agency and various partners. Proficiency in MS office; knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage. Awareness of current and emerging social media platforms and influencer trends. High Attention to detail, passionate, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Self- initiated, proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
