Details Duties: Report to Sales Manager Serve as the initial point of contact to address customer inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to facilitate sample development and material submissions. Oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery. Discover new business opportunities and execute marketing strategies.
