Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of mall-led, third-party, and tenant events, including art and cultural exhibitions, festive events, sales promotions, and collaborative campaigns.
Support the PR team by preparing creative angles and communication materials for promotional use.
Contribute to social media content planning and execution.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in event management or shopping mall promotions.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.
Creative, organized, detail-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to work on festive holidays when required.
Good understanding of shopping mall promotions and online-to-offline marketing strategies.
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word), Google Apps (You Tube, Forms, Docs, Sheets), and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, REDNOTE, We Chat).
Familiarity with local and China-based payment apps is a plus.
