To fuel our ongoing expansion, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:Position: Senior Business Operations Manager Job Summary: As the Senior Business Operations Manager at CC Information Limited, you will be a key player in the continuous growth and prosperity of our company. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will lead an e-commerce team, identifying collaboration opportunities, crafting customer-centric experiences to boost foot traffic and improve customer engagement, and coordinating the execution of diverse marketing activities across various departments. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic E-Commerce Consultancy: Develop and implement tailored strategies to understand and address the unique business needs of clients, enhancing customer engagement, online acquisition, sales revenues, and operational efficiency. Analyze sales and traffic data to provide strategic insights and recommendations, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs. Deeply engage with clients' industries, business needs, and company culture to strategize and support their growth and success. Stay informed about e-commerce market trends and customer behavior, applying this knowledge to business strategies. 2. Team Collaboration and Project Management: Lead the e-commerce team, comprising operational, technical, and UI/UX specialists, fostering agility and readiness to adapt to new changes. Facilitate effective communication among team stakeholders to ensure operational alignment across each marketing campaign. Collaborate with media agencies and headquarters to develop and launch promotions or new digital initiatives driving sales and traffic. Oversee daily operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, payment transactions, website UI/UX management, O2O operations management, and promotion page copywriting and visual creation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce Operation/Digital Marketing/B2C online channels, preferably in an in-house environment. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage change across multiple disciplines concurrently. Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Proficiency in written and oral English and Cantonese. We offer a 5-day work week and a competitive basic salary.
