What you’ll be doing:
Real-time Merchant Support: Provide flexible, extended support to merchants, including standby availability during evenings and nights to address urgent inquiries and troubleshoot live campaign issues immediately.
Manage client relationships via industry trend sharing and constant communication.
Communicate with clients closely on business needs for media planning and execution.
Conduct monthly review meetings on media performance insights.
Ads Execution and Optimisation (40%):
Live Ad Operations: Oversee and monitor livestream advertising campaigns during non-standard work hours, adjusting budgets and traffic allocation dynamically to maximize viewer retention and sales during broadcast hours.
Collaborate closely with the supervisor to create strategic and integrated media plans and recommendations.
Execute and monitor campaign execution on media efficiencies.
Perform competitive analyses and generate regular reports, drawing actionable insights from findings to meet campaign KPIs (ROAS, Conversion rate, CTR, CPC) on Meta & Google.
Upselling & Others (20%):
Conduct renewal & upsell any new package.
Coach junior to prepare review meeting for regular clients.
Cross-team collaboration for better client retention.
Support with administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Who we are looking for:
University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
1 - 4 years experience in media planning / buying experience.
Experience in handling live streaming advertisement is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is a must.
Confidence in handling media campaign implementation and report tabulations.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Result oriented, positive, self‑motivated, outgoing, good interpersonal skill.
Team player and a quick learner, able to work independently.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and SEO is an advantage.
Non-Standard Working Hours: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to align with peak livestreaming hours (e.g., 7 PM – 12 AM).
