As a Senior Executive, Client Management, FMCG, you take full accountability for the assigned key accounts to develop and execute trade marketing plans while monitoring budget and sales forecasts. Apart from pricing strategy planning, you will work closely with the sales team on the implementation of the trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales targets. General Responsibilities Develop and execute trade marketing plans including program initiation, funding allocation, program execution, and promotion evaluation for assigned customers and specific channels. Plan & monitor the trade marketing budgets and promotion evaluations. Oversee and manage the implementation of trade marketing standardized processes, tools, and administrative activities (including approvals) for smooth execution of trade marketing activities. Work closely with the sales team in pricing strategy and implementation of the trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales targets. Functional Skills and Knowledge Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels. Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research, and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs. Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills. Ambitious, assertive, self-motivated, and result-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Education Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in the FMCG industry.
