Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, performing ticketing transactions, conducting VIP visits, supporting all in-park guest services, promotions and preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department at Ocean Park and Water World.
Besides, carrying out any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
