He/she will also be the product’s expert by monitoring market trends and analyzing customer behavior. Monitor and drive product's business performance and design customer loyalty marketing strategies & campaigns. Conduct analytical reports on service and channels’ performance, and suggest improvement areas. Implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve business targets. Initiate and execute promotional activities to improve new product’s penetration rate. Work closely with internal departments to smooth out operation processes & logistics. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline. At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications/ ICT industry. Possess excellent data analytical skills. Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office applications. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
