**Job Description**:
Responsibilities

Plan & execute marketing, promotion & PR plans, joint promotion campaign, product launch event and PR pitching
Generate and initiate new ideas for marketing & promotion activities to optimize brand awareness
Develop and update marketing calendar to ensure the consistency with brand?s strategic direction
Manage social media platforms including content creation, advertising plan and data analysis
Prepare sales & marketing reports and presentation materials
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Liaise with media & advertising agencies and production house for advertising placement & premium production
Establish and maintain good network with media, celebrities, KOL & influencers
Develop and execute visual merchandising & promotional activities for shops / counters
Keep abreast of the latest trend for marketing, competitor and various social media platforms
Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in Marketing
Experience in Beauty / Skincare / Fragrance industry will be an advantage
With social media, online advertising & PR event experience will be an advantage
Strong presentation and interpersonal skill
Good command of written English and Cantonese
Able to take multi-task & attention to detail
