Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns on marketing, branding, PR, and CSR activities. Liaise with both internal and external vendors to implement marketing programs. Track program results and perform performance analysis. Maintain all marketing channels for promotions on online and offline platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Google, We Chat, and the company website. Assist in digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Organize events such as CSR events, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, and briefing sessions. Coordinate operations and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. Work with designers to plan and develop marketing materials. Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements: At least 3 years of solid marketing experience, preferably in the Medical Industries. Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred. Good understanding of healthcare knowledge to serve customers. Experience in marketing strategy alignment, brand building, and launching new programs both online and offline. Team player with a can-do attitude, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Pleasant and cheerful personality, proactive, responsible, and independent. Adaptive to a fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure.
