Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute brand marketing campaigns, including monthly in‑store promotions, events, special store events, and public relations activities Act as the key point of contact for PR agencies and media by preparing comprehensive briefing documents and ensuring smooth and timely implementation of promotional activities to maximize brand exposure Develop and manage social media content plans and posting schedules, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand strategy Plan, develop, and manage promotional materials, including e DMs, in‑store POP, and other campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and strong commercial effectiveness Monitor promotion execution, gather feedback from social media and customers, analyze campaign performance, and propose practical improvements to enhance effectiveness Liaise with internal departments and external partners (e.g.
shopping malls, vendors, and service providers) to align on promotional objectives and ensure on‑time delivery and execution Identify and execute joint promotions or collaborative initiatives with partners to increase customer engagement and drive store traffic Requirements: Diploma holder in marketing, public relations, journalism or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in retail marketing, with proven ability to execute campaigns independently Strong marketing sense with a solid understanding of current marketing trends Interest in toys, cosmetics and fashion products is a strong advantage Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point) with skills in using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cap Cut are a plus Detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible.
Results-driven with strong problem-solving, good communication, and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight schedule.
