Responsibilities: Utilize CRM experience to identify customer segments for reactivation promotions.
Conduct CRM promotion activities to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
Manage VIP events to enhance customer engagement.
Explore and coordinate joint promotions with external business partners to acquire quality new customers.
Design and implement member referral programs.
Create content and copy for CRM and new customer acquisition promotions.
Support video and social media content creation.
Analyze data to review campaign performance and identify targeted segments.
Prepare visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
Collaborate with malls to explore exposure and joint promotion opportunities.
Requirements: BS/MS Degree in Marketing or related disciplines with at least 3 years of marketing experience.1-2 years of solid experience in beauty centers or medical aesthetics is a plus.
Creative and self-motivated individual.
Strong research and analytical skills, and excellent business sense.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
