Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (2-5 years of experience) with proven expertise in the Hong Kong market, ideally with experience in the Infrastructure vertical. This will be a hot desk as we have several big-name accounts, and there will also be a great opportunity for you to be part of a pioneering team, contributing to the build-out of our Hong Kong practice. This role will also have visibility into leadership positions, depending on how you perform, and is an opportunity that is rare for usual speedy growth tracks. The role will report to our APAC Managing Director. What would you do Identifying and acquiring new key clients in the market and business opportunities Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates Client knowledge- market mapping, booking meetings All aspects of the 360 recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and managing both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment lifecycle Account Management and Delivery on hot open roles for our Key Accounts Generate and share leads within the team/division Continuous research into the recruitment/business landscape Demonstrate ability to create and advertise professional Job Descriptions of an NC standard What we can offer Transparent career progression, with clear promotional criteria from day one, so you’ll always know what it takes to advance.
