The Director of Brand and Public Relations will be responsible for developing and executing global brand strategies to enhance the company’s brand awareness and reputation in the fintech industry. This position requires close collaboration with the global market team to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. Key Responsibilities Brand Management Develop and implement global brand strategies to ensure brand consistency. Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Lead brand promotion activities to increase brand awareness and market share. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand reputation within the industry. Public Relations Management Develop and execute global public relations strategies, managing media relations. Write and release press releases, announcements, and other PR materials. Handle crisis communications to maintain the company’s image. Organize and participate in industry events to increase the company’s influence. Team Management Lead and manage the global brand and PR team, setting team goals and performance evaluation standards. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team professional capabilities. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective implementation of brand and PR strategies. Manage the budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. Over 10 years of experience in brand management and public relations, with at least 5 years in team management. Familiarity with the fintech industry and experience working in global markets. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work under pressure. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
