Sales Consultant – Store Manager Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between Xiaomi and the authorized store partner.
Ensure store operations, customer experience, and merchandising follow Xiaomi standards.
Communicate sales targets, promotions, and operational policies to partner staff.
Monitor daily performance, inventory, and compliance, and provide timely reports to Xiaomi.
Support store staff training on products, service standards, and sales execution.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of retail or store management experience preferred. (Supervisor to Store Manager level)
Knowledge of consumer electronics or retail operations is an advantage.
Proactive, responsible, and able to handle fast‑paced environments.
