Oversee resource allocation, including staffing and capital, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards for staff and food production. Uphold established sanitation standards throughout all food and beverage operations. Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment in all food and beverage areas. Develop the hotel’s strategic marketing plan, departmental budget, and incentive programs for the Food and Beverage Department, aligned with the Individual Business Unit concept. Achieve monthly revenue and cost targets; actively participate in implementing diverse dining concepts and promotions across various outlets. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in an international 4-star hotel management position. Proficient in short- and long-term planning, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and departmental profit/loss analysis. Knowledgeable about HACCP quality standards and safety management systems. Familiarity with both Chinese and Western food operations. Strong market awareness and results-driven mindset. Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire the Food and Beverage team. Self-motivated with the ability to drive sales and manage costs effectively.
