They are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer who is hands-on in providing end-to-end technical support to front office traders throughout the trading workflow.

Job duties Provide first and second level application support to Traders and other front office staff for new and existing trading systems Liaise with traders to understand their business requirements and technical problems and coordinate with IT teams for efficient delivery of solutions Support QA testing and deployment of trading applications Perform routine intraday health checks to support traders across different geographical regions Coordinate with back office to address any technical issues during trade booking and price breaks Job requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical fields from a reputable university 5 to 10 years of experience working as a hands-on Application Support in investment banks or hedge funds Solid technical understanding of trading systems (e.g.

OMS, EMS, connectivity systems etc) Proficiency in Unix, Linux, SQL and Python automation is required Strong knowledge of FIX protocol with prior experience in troubleshooting breaks Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must Application Support - Global Hedge Fund (Up to 100k)
