Retail company with brands and lifestyle products Job Description • Provide tier 1 support for HK and China users from general desktop to enterprise applications.• Conduct troubleshooting, implementation and user training.• Prepare training materials including training video and user manuals.• Assist the development team with enterprise system quality assurance.• Occasional traveling to China may be required.• Liaise with IT team members and/or internal users to complete assigned tasks.• Participate in ad-hoc projects. Job Requirements • University graduate or Diploma holder in IT related disciplines.• 2 years relevant working experience. Working experience in retail or distribution industry is a definite advantage.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms.• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.• Self-motivated, good customer services and capable to work under pressure.• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
