Job Description Assist with setting up function rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and audio-visual equipment. Supervise banquet staff, including casual labor, ensuring proper staffing, punctuality, and performance. Assist in training the banquet service team. Handle special event requests, resolve guest complaints, and ensure positive guest experiences. Support the planning and execution of banquet events from start to finish, including post-event cleanup. Job Requirements5+ years’ experience in food and beverage or related fields; experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Supervisor preferred. Excellent customer service skills and ability to give constructive feedback. Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and varied schedules. Fluency in spoken and written English; Cantonese is an advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
