Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out site inspection and provide professional advice for maintenance and repair works and upgrading works to comply latest statutory requirements.handling fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects, preparing statutory submission and tender documents, monitoring contractors' works, and assisting in preparation and implementation of planned maintenance schedules for building fabric/structure and plumbing / drainage services.
Coordinate with various parties for the arrangement of maintenance and repair works.
Perform contract management to monitor the works progress and to ensure the works are completed timely, with quality and within budget.
Prepare weekly progress report.
Requirements: Associate Degree/Degree holder in Building Studies/ Building Surveying preferred Min.
