Location: Quarry Bay Nature: Permanent Job Description • Manage the Managed Wi-Fi Service product line for commercial clients.• Design and innovate new product variations and enhancements to meet various customer requirements and augment Wi-Fi service offerings.• Develop and introduce new Managed Wi-Fi Service solutions and value-added services.• Determine the scope, offerings, and service level agreements for Managed Wi-Fi Service prospects.• Handle the profit and loss accounts for the Managed Wi-Fi Service.• Administer the product lifecycle to ensure continuous market relevance.• Coordinate service logistics for both provisioning and ongoing support. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise networking systems and solutions, including a minimum of 2 years focusing on Wi-Fi systems and solutions.• Proven experience with Wi-Fi network architecture and implementation.• Strong foundation in project management methodologies.• Experience in a Service Provider/System Integrator business environment is an asset.• Self-directed, highly motivated, results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.• Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
