About the role Taste Interiors International Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time role based in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, and execution Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and reports Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Support the procurement of materials and equipment for the projects Attend site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as required What we're looking for Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field At least +3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator role within the construction industry Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations What we offer At Taste Interiors International Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
