He/she should have a strong mathematical/analytical foundation with an excellent understanding of the practical applications of mathematics; strong understanding of C#, and other high-level programming languages; experience with robotic systems control, computer vision, and/or machine learning are preferred. Job Responsibilities: Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers for the development of high-performance modelling for fabric pre-sewing handling and folding. Close communication with a team of researchers to provide solutions/insights and translate industrial requirements to concrete deliverables. Investigation into the technical feasibility and implementation of fabric handling robot systems with extensive analysis and experimental validation. Oversee the development and validation of the robot system for fabric handling. Assist the preparation of documentation including scientific research papers, technical reports, and grant proposals.
