Job Responsibilities: Lead a team to check engineering design, review design drawings and reports. Coordinate and lead design consultants to prepare design submissions and provide design services to the Construction team in a timely manner. Assist Senior Management in performing design/technical supervision on ongoing construction projects. Participate in Project Meetings and communicate with the Engineer for technical issues as well as government agencies including Building Department, CEDD, EPD, and other government agencies. Provide support to Technical Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager in terms of engineering analysis and value engineering. Job Requirements: Degree or above in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5-10 years of construction project experience. Minimum 2 years of design management experience. Professional skills in Structural design, Geotechnical design, Civil Engineering design, Temporary works design, Design Coordination, and Design optimization. Proficient in Design software. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Design Engineer. Experience working with consultants is an advantage. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
