Greater China based IT & Telecom solutions provider Job Description Responsible for presales technical support including proposal, RFQ response, cost calculation, product management & tender bidding for government/commercial clients. Coordinate with external and internal parties to close deals with new & existing bidding. Monitor overall bid process from exploring opportunity, RFQ response, tender submission to tender award. Provide presale consultation and support to project implementation. Prepare presentation, technical proposal, and tender documentation. Job Requirements Degree holder in Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant presales experience in Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure & Ali Cloud). Experience in bid management & government tendering is an advantage. Professional certificate is needed, e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Alibaba Cloud Professional / Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing, passionate, and proactive. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
