Applications are invited for the above post in the Enlight Customer Team of CLP Enlight Project. Reporting to the team lead, the appointee will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Manage the ERP implementation project (Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service and related interfaces) to ensure timely completion in compliance with the Company’s guideline / standard requirements and within budget. Collaborate closely with various meter-to-cash stakeholders to ensure a smooth ERP migration and implementation process. Design and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) for projects, focusing on meter data gathering, provision, and reporting processes. Provide training to users to ensure proper application of technological and testing equipment. Conduct process reviews to enhance the operational efficiency of the meter-to-cash process. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed. Requirements: A recognized university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Information Management/Technology, or equivalent. At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the utility industry. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and fast learning. Experience in metering operations and fieldwork would be an advantage. Knowledge of Oracle Utility Customer Cloud Service and Meter Data Management would be an asset. Experience in programming, data migration, data analytics, meter-to-cash, and ERP implementation is beneficial. Ability to work under pressure with a strong drive to complete projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. A good team player who is flexible and able to handle ad-hoc tasks.
