Responsibilities: Lead and manage R&D team, and report to the Project Coordinators. Supervise the planning, execution and monitoring of R&D projects. Oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products and solutions for the company. Plan and manage all aspects of work related to R&D and products & solutions development, including proof of concepts, solution architectures, and cost estimation. Collaborate with different stakeholders (internal and external) and team members to achieve business objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Lead and manage a team for the R&D and products & solutions development activities to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies, especially in the area related to artificial intelligence and machine learning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.5+ years of solid work experience in R&D and software development, including 2+ years in a project and team management role. Strong technical knowledge in R&D and/or products development related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, software architecture, integration design, and project delivery in web design framework, C#, Java, and Python development. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and with positive thinking. Good communication skills and detail-oriented. Proficient in English and Cantonese.
